Its finally over...

The 18th Annual ACM Awards Banquet is finally over. The complaints were very minimal and trivial while the compliments were many. So, in the last four weeks we have gone from nearly canceling the banquet to actually coming out in the black. This is a huge step in the right direction for the student organization which has recently seen some of its darkest days. Its a huge relief that we came out in the black from this.

On top of all of this, we uncovered a check written to the ACM (I believe from SGA) which was never deposited from a year or more ago. It has sense been put into the unclaimed funds of the state and we are going to go forward and try to claim this money. Hopefully we will be successful and we will be in much better shape.

So, back to resting for me...
