Thor update

The vet called yesterday to give me the results from the blood work. Everything looked fine except for one thing. His Thyroid was slightly low, for a dog normal is somewhere between 1.0 and 4.0 but Thor's was 0.9. He said this could be the cause of his seizure, so we are going to put him on a suppliment to help boost his Thyroid numbers. So, he now must take a daily pill with his food. We are going to try him on it for 4-6 weeks then bring him back in for some follow-up tests.

In other news, I just heard about someone who tortured a puppy in Gautier, Mississippi. The waste of space did some horrible stuff. They used PVC glue on the eyes to glue them shut, all in the puppies mouth and teeth basically glueing its mouth shut, and the puppy had multiple fractures to its legs. They were not able to save this puppies life. It was probably a stupid, bored kid with nothing to do and no oversite by their parents. Or it could have been some worthless junkie high on some kind of crap. Hope they catch that idiot.
