A case of 'maybe you should look closer at the details'

I was just browsing around and came across this site. As a curiosity I glanced down to see what was supposedly open on this supposed computer. Then I completely lost it when I noticed of the IE windows open in the task bar of this computer in the image. I took a screen shot so I could post it for posterity.
